Cubic House

In a regular plot located in the "El Golf" neighborhood in Nordelta, a compact house is proposed, resolved around a stone base that houses both formal and informal social functions, articulated by a central space where the staircase is located. Circulation organizes and integrates the entire project. The heart of the house is a green and empty space, operations on the roof, turn this space into a great source of natural light captured from the north, whose shape is given by the suspended volumes that suggest different functions in the private area.
