Fsy House

Fantasy is located in the "El Golf" neighborhood, on a plot overlooking a small lagoon and a golf course. Designed for a couple who prioritize spaces for relaxation and gathering when their children and grandchildren visit, the pedestrian-level facade features concrete planes that blend with large sections of the gate and main door. It includes a passive shading system of micro-perforated slats that filter light and provide privacy to the windows.
