KH Villa

The KH Villa is located in a residential neighborhood near the first city of clean energy production in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The project was designed for an Emirati couple who sought to start a family in a tranquil environment away from the city center. Through a site visit, it was identified that one of the key design constraints was controlling the high temperatures throughout the year, while also respecting the Arab culture in the essence of the spaces to enrich the project. It was also an opportunity to propose incorporating characteristic elements of Latin American architecture.
