LIMA

This family home, located in a gated community in City Bell, is organized around two intersecting bars: one longitudinal, containing the private spaces, and a transversal one that defines the social areas. The 19-meter-long pool becomes the central feature of the project, wrapping around the social area and extending along the lot in its best orientation. It runs beneath the suspended playroom volume, creating a constant visual connection from nearly every space in the house and reinforcing the idea that the outdoor space is the true protagonist.
