Home Overlooking the Lake

The project is located on a plot with a northern orientation and incredible vistas, as it is surrounded by a lake on two of its sides. Simultaneously, the buildable area of the plot allows for the creation of a compact yet highly functional house, addressing the specific needs of the client: a couple whose children no longer live with them. All of these factors have defined the project's guidelines and informed the decision-making process during its design phase.
