Three Levels of Architectural Beauty

Located on an irregular diamond shaped lot, this 1200m2 house is a response to the plot lines, and a very demanding needs program. The V shaped plan, connects different functions of the house through glass bridges. This move creates a constant presence of the exterior on the inside, enriching the overall space. The house was developed in three levels. The basement, half-level under the street level, holds different functions such as a playroom, informal dinning and spa. The main social area is located on an elevated first level, and the private areas are located on the upper floor.
