Rampa House

This residence is located on a privileged lot in Argentine Patagonia, surrounded by greenery and boasting incredible views of the Limay River. Its unique placement, with the house set back towards the rear, stems from the decision to approach and capture the best views of the river, thus creating a garden towards the front to take advantage of optimal sunlight. Spanning 600m², the house is structured in sections, creating three levels of functions that interact through a central space while maintaining privacy between rooms. The social area is elevated to maximize views of the landscape, accessed via an irregular ramp that provides a unique journey to enter the house.
