A house in the Virazón

This project unfolds in the Virazon neighborhood in Nordelta, constructed across three levels with a well-defined program. On the ground floor, social areas seamlessly connect to the garden with a swimming pool. The upper level houses the private quarters, featuring four bedrooms, while the topmost floor hosts various amenities. The project materializes through exposed concrete, blending harmoniously with a warm color palette that integrates with the surrounding landscaping.
